Sales Host/Hostess
WestView has an excellent opportunity for a part-time Sales Host/Hostess (15-34 hours per week). Showhome hours are 2:00-8:00 pm Mon-Thurs and Noon-5:00 pm weekends and holidays. Must be personable, professional, computer literate, customer oriented with an excellent telephone manner, and the ability to meet deadlines. Own transportation is required. Looking for sales person to work in the High River area.
Duties include greeting and welcoming prospective homebuyers to the community; collecting all pertinent information from visitors and perform clerical duties as necessary. The successful candidate will be required to provide home tours, maintain a neat appearance of models, maintain contact database, set up files and contracts, maintain mailing lists and follow-up with prospective buyers. Candidate will work independently with a high level of ethics dedicated to providing the customer with accurate information. The effective use of time and the ability to prioritize duties is a necessity.
